What's New In K-Beauty 3.0

And here I am, back again with another update for all you lovely readers out there. While I am unfortunately under a makeup ban until September, I will probably post another review of skincare products the week after next week (because by then it'll be payday, hehe). Anyway, I'm here to update you all on the new beauty trends coming in with the various k-beauty brands out there, 80% of which come from Pony Effect and Etude House, so let us get started!

Once again, I'm not really a credible source because some of the products I would mention down below may or may not be new.

Etude House
The brand's pretty much known for releasing new stuff quite frequently so it's understandable that a lot of us might not be able to keep up. For those of us who have acne-prone skin, the brand has released a cushion foundation especially for your skin type! Hurrah! The AC Mild Cushion. I'm assuming that not only does it provide some amount of coverage and makes your skin look ni…

A Soon-To-Be-Complete List Of My Holy Grail Products

So far, in this blog of mine, I've sort of never listed down my HG items, or the products I really really love. So, this list is not yet complete, but I don't think it ever will be complete since I am determined to try new stuff every month (if my paycheck allows it, haha). But, by now, since the past year, I think I have been able to list down the products I consider my Holy Grail, or forever faves.

I will divide this into Skincare and Makeup, for everyone's reading pleasure. I will also constantly update this with the products that I feel would be new additions to this list.

Let's go and get started!

Makeup Remover/Cleansing Waters, Etc.

Nature Republic Magic Lip & Eye Remover Mild - Pretty much at the top of my list, or top 3 lip and eye removers. It smells of chamomile, which is really nice. I've been through two or three bottles of this makeup remover and I wish they made a bigger size. Innisfree Olive Real Cleansing Wipes - I just tried this for…

What's New In K-Beauty 2.5

And I come bearing good news and bad news. The good news is, there are a ton of products that the brands have come out, whether known or not. The bad news is that there are a ton of new products to try out. Good for us to know, bad for our wallets. Anyway! I am not exactly sure whether some of these are new or not, but it's certainly new to me anyway. Just a little disclaimer since I'm not exactly a good source for these things. It helps to follow their instagram accounts.

Here are more new products coming out!

Etude House: When the Dear My Blooming Lips Talk collection of lipsticks came out, the mini-CFs or which took on in the form of Dara getting the attention of SHINee members with the shade of lipstick she puts on (got me squealing at her part with Minho), they have also since released the Dear My Wish Lips Talk lipsticks, and now? The Dear My Blooming Lips Talk - Chiffon. The packaging steers away from the original DMBLT lipsticks, but of course for a new line under the …

Some Short Reviews # 3

By now I think I've tried and tested everything on my haul, so I thought it would be good to give you some reviews (unfortunately picture-less, but you've already seen the photos) of my payday haul two weeks ago, majority of which is Cosrx and one Innisfree product.

Cosrx AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner - It claims to reduce the appearance of whiteheads, blackheads, and blemishes, while cleansing pores.

It does a great job of bringing back the moisture into my skin after cleansing as I could really feel my skin become smoother and clearer. Blackheads will always be stubborn though.

Rating: 4/5 - My rating is such because I feel like I could run out of this right away, and that it's in a spray bottle instead of your usual bottles for toners. So I feel like if they made a bigger version of this, I would definitely pick it up.
Will I Repurchase? : Yes. I'm still looking to try out other toners, to see what really works for my skin. But so far, this one is part of my To…

What's New In K-Beauty 2.0

Here we are again! With another post on what's new in the world of K-Beauty. I apologize for not being able to post this on time as things got crazy lately in the real-life world. So many brands have released a ton of new products, that you'll probably see a growing trend amongst them, so I will get to it!

Pony Effect:
Pony's released a few more products to her own line. In a previous what's new post, I've mentioned that she's come up with a pebble puff, foundation, powder, and lip products. This one, she's released her own brush sets with a magnetic brush holder, and more eyeshadow quads! With seemingly wearable shades.

Tony Moly: In line with their Cheektone and facetone products, they've also jumped in on the growing makeup trend in Korea coming all the way from the West: Contouring and highlighting. They've released their Cheektone Highlighter Duo and Cheektone Contour Duo.

Ever want to get into gel nails but don't want to go through the time-…
